It can be rented unfurnished or furnished. There is a maximum of two people in a furnished efficiency - for an additional person there is a charge of $50/month. The property has a lovely in-ground pool and multiple on-site laundry areas.

A well-maintained City park is right across the street, and on the south side of the canal is the Sailboat Bend Preserve - a 1.3 acre greenspace with walking trails -- the area is surprisingly tranquil as a result. There are numerous shops and businesses nearby, and the location gives quick and easy access to both I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. Broward Hospital is a few minutes drive to the south, and the property is also close to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and all the restaurants and nightlife on Himmarshee Street. There is a major grocery store chain approximately 5 minutes away by car.
