It has been a great experience moving into my new apartment. As a first time apartment renter, the staff were all extremely helpful. They were friendly, professional and were there for any questions I had along the way. Upon move in, the apartment was clean and ready for move in.

We just moved in so I cannot give 5 stars yet, but it has been smooth so far. Very nice office staff, everything is very clean and the amenities are very modern. Love that there is a spa. The Fetch Delivery system could be better. I drove an hour back and fourth to open our mattress that was supposed to be arriving and it didn't arrive. It still hasn't been delivered a day later

The condominium is beautiful, I didn’t know there was a market which I’m excited for. The work station is very nice, the gym is equipped with all the basics and more and the pool makes you feel in a resort.

Only thing I wished was bit bigger is kitchen iland it on small side Could done with less cabinet & more kitchen iland

Cover parking is very tight to get parked Not so good river would not make it in

This is a nice place to live overall, though there are a few issues around the complex. The paint on the breezeway floors is chipping and has not been repaired. There has also been a pest problem in one of the buildings that took quite a while to resolve, as well as an ongoing millipede issue. Because of this, hallway cleaning has been paused until the problem is cleared up, which has left the hallways fairly dirty. The community is very dog-friendly, and the dog parks are well maintained. The... maintenance staff is consistently helpful and responsive. However, the leasing office can be slow to respond, and several times when I have visited, only a temporary staff member was available, so my questions as a resident could not be addressed.
