I am very satisfied with my condominium. The management team has been extremely efficient and attentive, always striving to provide the best for everyone. The cleanliness and organization are impeccable, contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained environment. I appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication!

Chose the best apartment building for privacy. Very quiet and peaceful. I like the smaller buildings, but they do not have elevators. So when choosing be aware of that, I was and I was fine with it.

Facility is nice. Pool area, workout room and grill area are really nice. Dog friendly so way too much noise from barking. Most residents seem cool but walls are pretty thin.

Super clean!
It's a very clean housing complex. They take great care to keep all areas spotless, including the green areas, parking lots, and more.

Savio is very well kept and the community is very safe and welcoming.

There are some minor flaws like the countertops leaving stains, but nothing that's horrible. Overall great for a new build and they do a good job with service requests if anything is needed.

There's a good mix between older and younger people.

Only feedback is they should keep the pool area open longer. Closing right as dusk is a little odd.
