Stolen packages. Constant construction. Management does care or listen. Things constantly breaking. This place is a nightmare stay away

So far everything is great, very nice people, very nice community. Everything is very clean and up kept well. Great variety of people young and middle age. I also love how pet friendly Savio is. Great way to meet people and build the community!

Everything from my initial meeting with Eric and the leasing team has been awesome. The staff has been inviting and so helpful in making my move as smooth as I could hope for. I’m thrilled with the amenities and the feeling that I’m living in a resort not an apartment complex.

Chose the best apartment building for privacy. Very quiet and peaceful. I like the smaller buildings, but they do not have elevators. So when choosing be aware of that, I was and I was fine with it.
