We just moved in so I cannot give 5 stars yet, but it has been smooth so far. Very nice office staff, everything is very clean and the amenities are very modern. Love that there is a spa. The Fetch Delivery system could be better. I drove an hour back and fourth to open our mattress that was supposed to be arriving and it didn't arrive. It still hasn't been delivered a day later

The condominium is beautiful, I didn’t know there was a market which I’m excited for. The work station is very nice, the gym is equipped with all the basics and more and the pool makes you feel in a resort.

Savio is very well run lace & very clean can’t say I if good things
One nice place I looks at
Only thing I wished was bit bigger is kitchen iland it on small side
Could done with less cabinet & more kitchen iland
Nice bathroom
Nice well keep grounds
Cover parking is very tight to get parked
Not so good river would not make it in

We just moved in everything is good the only complaint is I have called maintenance and they have not showed up. The experience and the paths are great for walking the dog . Parking is very easy for our guests
