In thr beginning it was great, it sucked that others kind of messed up tue experience but as they beg have been loosened for us, im excited to create community with the other students here and residents and live in harmony and unity as we ALL enjoy T1 together.

Everyone has been so welcoming prior and to my move in date! Couldn’t have had a smoother move in day. The “swag bag” they give you is adorable and they even include pickleball paddles! The grounds are well maintained. So excited for my many months here.

The staff is very friendly’& professional. I do wish there was a more private area when discussing your rental questions and finances instead of just at the front entryway. But other than that - so far only here a week and the maintenance has been prompt and efficient too. Thank you! Katelyn, Ines and Lucas had been wonderful !

I love it here, I love the area that I live in everything is close by . Even walking distance . So much to do here at the apartment so I don’t have to go out . I love that there is a little market downstairs in north towers so I don’t have to go out shopping . I love that the market is here so for bad weather I can get the basics
