I am a new resident, been here for just one week. The property is absolutely beautiful with very nice amenities. The staff is very helpful and the residence are very friendly. The only negative so far is that walls are paper thin, you can hear a lot of what's going on at your neighbors, some of which are not very considerate of the "quiet hours" stated on the lease (10pm-8am). It is very hard to get a good night's sleep. I am constantly being waked up by loud neighbors throughout the critical... hours of the night (2am-5:30am) with loud conversations and shouting, slamming doors, hammering, etc). This is completely disappointing because otherwise it would have been the perfect place to live at. I will be bringing these concerns up to management and hope that they can assist somehow.

BLYS is a fun community that is close to Wilton Manors. The staff is professional and friendly and go out of their way to know each and every resident. Community events are held periodically for the BLYS residents.
