Love Blys apartments! The amenities are great! Staff and other residents are so nice. It's great to be able to walk to so many places. So glad we chose to move here!

BLYS is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale and adjacent to Wilton Manors and Oakland Park. The community is comprised of a diverse set of people. The staff is very personable and the amenities are great.

AJ has been absolutely wonderful from the day we stepped onto the property for a tour until our move-in yesterday. He has always been more than gracious, communicative, and willing to help.
There are some design flaws, as with any property. From blind corner cabinets with dead space in the kitchen, to a huge lack of drawer storage, no overhang for barstools at the island, to open wire shelving in the bathrooms and closets—there is room for improvement. But the public spaces appear to be... wonderful and offer many activities.
Would love if this Bozzuto property would consider accepting BILT payments. Look forward to exploring the community and meeting fellow residents.

I am so comfortable here. I LOVE that the elevator is cleaned almost every day. Everyone is just so friendly here. We love being on the 4th floor.
