Great amenities and the pool is gorgeous. Love the promenade access for walks. Blys is pet friendly. Pet owners could do a better job with picking up after their pets. Staff is great, tons of convenient stores nearby, and pretty decent parking. Very chill and overall quiet community.

Overall, everything is quite good. However, we’re experiencing some issues with the electricity, and we have a very loud neighbor who makes strange and disturbing noises at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the place is clean, quiet, and feels safe.

Blys could truly be blissful if they just managed properly better. There is no security at night so people are using the pool after sunset making loud noise and commotion. Chaise lounges don’t have pillows. Now the charging stations are no longer free and actually cost more money than the FPL charging stations only 10 feet away. Blys should have included this as an amenity and just charged a fee for sitting idle without charging.
The apartments aren’t cheap so invest more to keep property up.
