I would not recommend living here based on our experience.

On July 3, our apartment flooded three separate times. We reported the initial flooding around 2:00 a.m., but by 5:00 a.m. both our bedroom and living room had flooded. Maintenance responded and plumbers attempted to repair the issue, but after the water was turned back on, our apartment flooded again. We later learned the leak was coming from a pipe underneath our apartment.

The following day, plumbers had to drill through our bedroom... floor to continue searching for the source of the leak. Although they covered some of our belongings, our apartment was left covered in dust, making it extremely difficult to live in. We have a 3-month-old baby, and despite the repeated flooding, ongoing construction, dust throughout the apartment, and more than $1,200 in damage to our personal belongings, we were told by management that our apartment was still considered livable because we have a second bedroom.

As of July 4, the plumbers were still actively drilling and had not identified the source of the leak. We were informed that the work would not be completed until at least Monday, leaving our family to continue living in these conditions. Throughout this process, the primary focus appeared to be restoring water service to the building, while our concerns about the safety and habitability of our apartment—including the health and well-being of our 3-month-old baby—were not adequately addressed.

We were not offered any alternative accommodations or provided with personal protective equipment (PPE) or guidance while construction was taking place inside our home.

What was most concerning to us was how the situation was handled. When we expressed that we did not believe the apartment was safe or habitable for our family and informed management that we intended to seek legal advice, we were told that if we did not allow the plumbers to proceed with drilling, we would be police escorted off the property.

We understand that plumbing emergencies can happen, and we do not fault the property for an unexpected pipe failure. However, we do expect management to prioritize the safety of its residents, communicate transparently, and provide reasonable support when a home becomes uninhabitable. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Based on how this situation has been handled, we have lost confidence in the management of this community and cannot recommend it to others. Read More

Very excited to move out. Literally the first day moving in our washing machine flooded our kitchen, to be told by maintenance “it’s fine”. It has flooded into our kitchen around once a month now, maintenance aware but will not replace because they said it’s “not broken. Then, a pipe burst in the wall, flooding our kitchen AND our bedroom. Had to beg to have a plumber come even though our floorboards were floating. Oh, and nothing is sealed. We had an infestation of flying ants and now termites.... I’m sure we will also beg with nothing to be done. OH and we have never been able to use our porch because our downstairs neighbors chain smoke rotating through 4 of them so there’s never a break. Charging this price to live in shambles is insane-oh and even if we weren’t going to move out, rent increases by over $200 each year. literally live anywhere else! Read More

Thank you to the wonderful leasing office staff for an easy and helpful living. I have been here for a few years, and I transferred to another unit. Besides the accommodating staff I also enjoy the wonderful amenities, mainly being Valet trash, it is awesome you can put the bin right outside your door, and they have a bulk trash area that can handle anything. I moved to Centro Apartments in August 2025 mainly because of its proximity to Nova, but since day one, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

On my official move-in day, I arrived with a moving company ready to unload everything, only to find my apartment completely infested with cockroaches. There were roaches everywhere, in the kitchen, bathroom, walls, and even inside the dishwasher. Because of this, I had to cancel my movers, losing a non-refundable cancellation fee that I was... never reimbursed for.

For a few days, the apartment was not livable, and I couldn’t move in as planned. On top of the pest infestation, there were multiple issues that should have been addressed before move-in, including lifting LVT tiles, damaged flooring, yellowed baseboards, and a leaking AC unit. Management acknowledged the problems and said they would “try” to reimburse me for the days I couldn’t move in, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any refund.

Although pest control was sent a few times, the problem was never fully resolved. I eventually had to buy my own pest control products and treat the unit myself, out of my own pocket. The infestation is not as severe now, but I still find roaches occasionally.

Then, on October 25th at around 4:00 a.m., I experienced a major water leak under my kitchen sink that quickly spread to the adjacent bedroom, closet, living room, and master bedroom. The flooding damaged several of my recently purchased furniture pieces. I immediately called the emergency maintenance line multiple times, but no one ever answered. I had to remove the water myself using basic tools without any help or proper equipment.

Since the incident, I’ve been experiencing allergy symptoms due to the damp air and developing mold inside the walls. I have a strong allergy to mold and dust, and the situation has become a serious health concern.
