Living in this apartment has been great. From the first day, I felt happy and safe here. The rooms are big and bright, and the layout makes good use of the space. Everything is clean and well-kept. If something needs to be fixed, the staff helps fast and is always nice.

Everything has been great so far. Amazing apartment especially for the price and location. Love the gyms and pool, apartment interior is new and clean. Lots of space.

Such a great building with amazing super friendly staff. Only suggestions would be residents should be held accountable to pick up after their dogs, it’s not done too often. And the gym is slightly lacking in terms of machines and weights. But overall love living here!

The Palmer Dadeland is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team goes out of their way to make residents feel at home. The location is super convenient, and I love how safe and peaceful the neighborhood feels. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!
