This experience ruined it for me, I was locked out of my apartment last week. I “slept” in the work space/lobby from 1 am to 7:30 am. There was a programming issue with my fob that I later found out was the cause. I originally thought it was a battery issue. I saw one of the maintenance guys at 7:30 am in the lobby and he immediately sent a message to other maintenance guys to assist me. I was not able to remember their names, but Eisley was one of them. I have enjoyed the apartment location right near the mall, as well as its amenities. I use the gym a lot, I love the coffee bar, and the pool is great! I also really appreciate how the apartment partners with food trucks, so I’ve been able to try lots of great food. The communication from the leasing office could be better. I have a difficult time reaching people on the phone, which can be frustrating at times. But overall great experience

I’ve only been here for about three months, mostly everything has been good. However, I have seen, and continue seeing many roaches, at the gym, in the lobby, everywhere. It is not fun…

Living here has been a truly enjoyable experience. The area is peaceful, clean, and has a strong sense of community. There’s a great balance between convenience and comfort — everything I need is close by, from shops and parks to cafes and public transport. The neighbors are friendly, and it feels safe and welcoming. I’m grateful to call this place home!
