Overall, I really love living here. There is current construction around the waterway, so parking is tight. The staff have been very upfront, sending extensive emails stating that parking outside designated spots violates the lease and can result in towing.

Because of how strict they are, I repeatedly notified the office that someone was parking for days in the handicap spot outside my apartment with no visible permit. The space is clearly marked with pavement and signage.

One of the leasing... staff, who lives in the building next to me, told me he didn’t know whose truck it was. Later, I saw the driver—it was him. When I asked why he had said he didn’t know whose truck it was and questioned the handicap parking, he yelled at me multiple times, “why do you care?”

This level of unprofessionalism, disregard for rules tenants must follow, and yelling at a resident is unacceptable. I never raised my voice and did not deserve that treatment.

I called the office and was told my concern would be passed to his boss. I hope that happens. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way by someone representing the community.

I’m disappointed to leave this review because I do love living here, but after multiple attempts to resolve the original issue without hearing anything back it’s clear escalation is necessary. Residents deserve respect. I deserve an apology.

There’s no parking, when your a server who works late you come later and the only options is grass sometimes so there’s that, and no propane in the grills for a week plus. Pool is nice though and no neighbor problems.

Relaxing, full of greenery and exotic plants all around, great location near the beach. Dog friendly and surrounded by cool Floridian wildlife. Love it!

Roof leak that is obviously not new and not being repaired correctly. Lily in the office has been so helpful throughout the whole moving in process though. The gates rarely work. It would be better if they just took them down.

I really do love it here, but I have seen a lot of aggresive breed dogs. Pitbulls, German Shepards... I've actually been almost bit twice by Laboradors.
In the past it wasn't this way.
