The community is nice and beautiful, the pool and the gym is well maintained. However i will say the apartment itself is not the best, and the fee is outrageous and they don’t tell you. Never seen fee that is as high as here.

The staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive on work orders. I just wish they have new appliances in the unit but overall my house looks great

The cypress trees around the pond are beautiful. I love walking around the pond and observing the wildlife. I wish there was not so much garbage in and around the pond.
