love living here. everything in the complex is great. gym is completely renovated. 3 pools around the complex close to each building. i do wish the gym had cable machines though.

I’ve been a resident at Palm Trace and overall it’s been a comfortable experience. The community is pretty quiet, the grounds are kept up nicely, and the location is convenient. Like anywhere, there are a few areas that could improve, but it’s been a good place to call home.
