Love living here. Everyone is so friendly. I love the gatherings we have at the clubhouse. Staff is exceptional. Maintenance issues resolved very quickly and communication is great.

This is my third year at Comopass, but the first year we had significant snow. They did a great job removing the snow and making the place safe to walk around.

It's great. Everything is prompt, package deliveries works, and community is clean. The elevators are working, and parking is crowded, yet there are ample spots.
