I will be signing my next lease soon, which will be the beginning of the 8th year. I love this area and of course the privacy on the island. The apartment complex is well maintained and especially with these pass 2 snowstorms - everything was cleaned up immediately. A great mix of people and get to meet each other at the monthly party’s.

So I would definitely say “Great place to live”.

We’ve lived in this community for the past five years, and it has truly been an incredible experience. There are always fun events planned — from gatherings in the common room to outdoor entertainment — which make it such a welcoming and lively place to call home. We especially appreciate the clean, well-maintained gym and the convenient coffee maker, which are little touches that make a big difference in our day-to-day life. The onsite staff is wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier. We... absolutely love living here!

The apartment complex is always so clean and smells fresh. Even with the snow storm recently and the salt being dragged around. They do a great job communicating when stuff will be fixed and cleaned.
