I've been here for a week and everyone I have met so far has been friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful and shopping and eating local has been such fun! The front office staff and maintenance staff have far exceeded my expectations! I am beyond thrilled to call Arden Parkside my new home and will be recommending it to friends!

Moving to the 5th floor has been a wonderful experience. Limited noise, really nice neighbors and a more secluded area of the building. Enjoying this space a lot!

Overall good place to live.
Pros: Good management and maintenance. Town center has a lot to offer.
Cons: pool on summer is not always family friendly.
