The outside walks are relaxing and the indoor amenities are wonderful.The movie theatre is good and the community center is outstanding for a nice adventure

I would like to 1'st define that this is not for points or anything related. I have been living here for over two years. I am a young 72 and have found my home here at The Arbors incredibly good. The humans here are diverse and kind. The benefits here are top notch. The management including maintenance is very professional. The front office has such caring humans ready to help anytime. I never met them before moving here but I feel that they are my friends. I have only good vibes and kindness... here.

Close to shopping and I95. Needs some repairs. Security door from garage gets stuck open quite frequently. Door to trash room has not closed completely for at least a year, probably longer. Changed how we pay rent (app) and it is not user friendly. Being charged insurance on website although I have sent my own insurance in several times. Have asked for assistance from staff and they just give you website again. Appears new app is only Apple friendly at this time. I am staying because it is... close to family and hate thought of moving.

Maintenance is prompt in any repairs in the apartment. Easy access to Route 40 and 95. Plenty of shopping and other services and activities in the area. Neighborhood is fairly quiet. Living in an apartment building you will hear some noise from nearby tenants. Leasing office on occasion has events for the tenants throughout the year.

It is great here. Everyone is friendly and the staff is awesome. They always help with a smile and great attitude! The community activities are great and fun! I can’t wait til the next one I can attend!!!
