The Rye House Apartments are in a very nice, modern complex, in a good location. However, there is a constant issue of residents consuming Marijuana on the premises in violation of leasing agreements and the staff has done nothing to stop it.
It smells very strong on a couple of the floors. Additionally, I don’t want to be surrounded by people doing drugs. That’s not why I pay my expensive rent to live here.

This is supposed to be a non smoking facility. I see people smoking on the front bench outside the building and I smell weed/pot regularly around the property. I don’t think the leasing agents are doing enough to enforce this policy. Two nights ago the fire alarm went off at 240am because someone was smoking in the stairwell. It’s getting old.

I really have no complaints. I love the fact that any issues I have gets taken care of as soon as possible with a 24 hour turn around period. My neighbors are awesome and very respectful. I can see living here for a long time.

I enjoy my condo at RYE HOUSE. I also enjoy the pleasantness of Clean grounds and protected area around RYE HOUSE. You can always reach staff if you need to. All of concierge is really pleasant and I do appreciate it.
