Very welcoming and supportive staff - especially Kenneth! Love the easy access to the gym and relaxing in the pool area. Very quick turnaround with maintenance requests who are also friendly and knowledgeable.

It's been a great experience moving in the first month. The maintenance staff is really attentive and quick. The neighborhood is nice, the amenities are awesome, and just the vibes are good. Really enjoyed the work the management put in for the resident appreciation day. Look forward to more events.

Moving into Oakville was a dream. I had considered different apartment complexes in the area and Oakville surpassed in service and the ease of the process. I can't wait to experience this community! Only thing I'd recommend is verify with the leasing office about the accuracy of the floor plans--some units are advertised under floorplans that are not exact matches to the actual unit.
