I love living at the Atwell. There’s staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that there’s concierge 24/7. I think the only inconvenience I have is the location of my apartment in the building is not close to where my dog can go potty quickly in the morning. The fourth floor courtyard is not available for pets to use, and I understand it because not all pet owners clean up after their pets, but I think that if there was a trash receptacle put out there with some doggy bags, pet parents would... clean up after their pet especially if that’s the closest outside location for them.
