Living at 14W has truly been a positive experience for me been here 3 years. The building is beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly located in DC, but what really makes it special is the people.

I want to sincerely recognize Property Manager Karli and the Leasing Manager Garren for their professionalism, kindness, and consistent communication. They both lead with care and make residents feel heard and valued. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, they have responded thoughtfully and worked... toward a solution.

I also want to give special praise to Maintenance Supervisor Joel, Lead Maintenance Hector and the entire maintenance team. They genuinely go above and beyond. Not only are they prompt and knowledgeable, but they take the time to explain things, ensure issues are fully resolved, and follow through. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right does not go unnoticed.

It truly feels like a warm, well-managed community where residents matter. I’m grateful to call 14W home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place where customer service, care, and professionalism are top priorities.

Building located in great area with several restaurants and stores close by. Easy access to public transportation with metro located only a couple of blocks away. Great community!

We love 14W and have had no issues since moving in 18 months ago. You will always have heating or AC and running water with little to no disturbances from other residents. Concierge does its best to learn about their residents and continuously throw fun community events,

14W is a great community. Really appreciate the responsive and kind staff, and the central location close to local parks, restaurants, and bars.

The staff is fantastic! Thanks to Andie, Antone, Kevin and Hector for all your help. They go out of their way to assist you in whatever your issue may be. I especially want to thank Hector and his team for addressing any maintenance issues as soon as they are submitted.
