In Florida, she managed a top branch office in the Tampa/Clearwater area through the highs and lows of the real estate cycles in the early 2000s. Erika now focuses on Colorado and Chicago markets, where the focus is on luxury new development, commercial opportunities for development, helping families and individuals find a place to call home, and showcasing some of the extraordinary architecture of Colorado and Chicagoland's properties. Her passion for real estate, business acumen, confident negotiation skills, and enthusiastic nature make Erika a great professional resource for marketing the homes of sellers and finding the perfect new home for buyers. During her free time, you will find her enjoying each phase of her children's lives, volunteering in the community, participating in the Chamber, Rotary Club, running, snow skiing, hiking, traveling, enjoying a Cubs game, Illini game or concert, playing the piano, socializing with friends, and meeting new people.
