I have lived here for 10 yrs. Within the last couple of years there are now new owners. Again you say but yes. The difference is that the new owners self manage. NO management company. Easy to work with and issues get resolved quickly. Office manager and some maintenance live on the property. Apts are getting renovated and I personally havent had a roach problem. If you notice all the reviews lister here are quite a few yrs ago and several management companies ago. I have no thoughts of moving... anytime soon. And the owners are very easy to work with. I would definitely refer these apartments to family and friends.

Dont move here!
One word, COCKROACHES!! Managment claims to keep routine pest control, but they dont unless you complain! I lived here nearly 6 years and since the current managment took over in 2017 the place has gone down hill! Such a shame because it's a great part of town with great schools in the area!

Angry at Best
One window unit that is suppose to cool only 400 S feet in the entire apt .Stays hot. And only 2 washers in the West building. To serve over 25 units. There are No hook ups in the units. The 90.00 dollars IS recurring every month. So add that on top of rent.Look at other apts. They also retaliate to renters that supply honest reviews by making trumped up allegations..unproven. Don't be fooled at the advertised price you have to add the 90.00 bucks and their renters insurance if you have none.... Mandatory.

Not worth the going price
Denver metro area rents are insanely inflated, mostly because of homeowners selling within minutes (yes, I said minutes) & they can't get into a new home as quickly so are taking rentals. This place went for $675/mo with most utilities included just a couple of yrs ago, now it's over $1200 with no utilities. They keep changing owners & management so when you complain, they blame it on the predecessors & it had not been kept up until recently. Repairs take forever to get done, when they're done... they're haphazard, sometimes without the legally required protection of the tenants. Long time tenants see no loyalty or appreciation--new tenants at least get newly renovated units. You pay for everything here now, including common area electricity, pest control & property taxes...but the best pest control I had was getting a cat! Not staying by choice but lack thereof...
