With being fairly new to not only BSR but also Colorado. I needed a place that I could finally call home and BSR definitely met those standards. Ms. Pamala went over and beyond for me to make sure I would be able to move in and with that I am more then grateful for her! The whole management team is very helpful as well!

So far, my experience has been great! It’s only been a couple of weeks but I will say that moving in was very easy. I moved here from TX so everything was done online. The leasing team was prompt in their responses to me and everything was clearly laid out. Drove here the day before move in, got me keys easily the next day, and was able to move in with no issues. The apartment was very clean and looked brand new when I came to check it out. I’m very happy with the amount of space I have and the... layout and I’m excited to continue my lease here!
