The physical building is nice, but the absolute lack of management communication and failure to assist a new resident during a security incident is unacceptable. If you move here, do not expect management to respond to emails or assist you if a security issue arises on their premises.

The apartment is what sold me on this building. Everything else has gone way down hill since Grey Star took over. I often find nobody in the lobby, especially at night. It’s dangerous.

Living at the Skyline is complete with excellent amenity spaces, resident events, and in a prime location. Being nestled right outside the busy lower highlands area allows for walkability, but also quick access to 25, the mountains, and the city. It also allows for a more quiet living environment. If I were to move to Denver all over again, I would still pick this complex as my home.
