Apartment trash areas are horrible, people do not throw their bags down chute, sometimes half the room is filled or trash chute door is broken. Someone trashed the an entire elevator that was half filled with bags of trash and flies! Apartment tenants are not mindful of others, loud and constantly making pool area not accessible to others because of closures due to littering. People don’t park where they need to be or are not tenants but parking in “no parking” zones. No one enforces the parking... rules. The tenants make living here less enjoyable. Put in maintenance to fix washer lock and took over a week to even come fix the issue. Washer was not working for the week! Followed up but did not result in coming sooner. Lastly, concession at time of move in was not explained properly, gave us option of “1 year concession” ended up behind every month because this was not a real option and was given an eviction notice with no prior updates or warnings. Overall a good apartment complex. My lease is set to renew in a few months, hopefully if this drainage issue is resolved soon, I look forward to renewing my lease.

Legacy at Fitz is a interesting and vibrant community atmosphere, the area is busy and approachable and theres tons to do on an off day. The staff is extremely attentive, sociable and aware to tenants unique needs. A suitable and enthralling community for all n any family. I approve greatly.
