The move-in experience was the most seamless experience. The management and staff is amazing, very friendly, and very responsive to any needs. The place itself is brand new, has the best ammenties in the area and has all the modern appliances. The water pressure, AC, and Wifi are amazing. The community is also great. We toured 2 neighboring complexes and The Charles stood out due to its luxury feel, ammeneties, and super friendly staff.
