My experience at The Riv has been great overall! It is a new building in a great neighborhood with nice amenities. They building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus. The leasing team is very professional and great to interface with.

Best experience in RiNo!

I just toured the riv and it is really cute. The boutique feel is nice and the team are all so friendly and professional. I am excited to apply and move into this building later this year when I move. All other apartments in Denver did not feel as welcoming as here.

Sergio and Vince are Great

This property is super awesome, they are having great events here and most recently had a pride, bingo event, I love how the initiative was based on Saint Judes, I personally donate to Saint Jude‘s monthly, and this was something that caught my attention, I genuinely appreciate how quick the maintenance team is and how awesome the property manager is at organizing things, thank you so much and I hope anyone interested in the riv definitely rents here

Beautiful new digs in RiNo

The Riv is a such a beautiful addition to the RiNo area! The staff is fantastic with a special shout out to Vicente- the maintenance supervisor for all his hard work and attention to detail.
