This building is a farce. Everything looks good when you come to view but there are so many issues, particularly cleanliness with hallways and public spaces that are rarely looked after, poor communication from the management team, and maintenance issues that take weeks to fix. For the price point I'd expect something better. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an apartment.

We're sorry to hear about your negative experience at the Cameron. We value all feedback and only want to improve the community you call home! We can assure you the common areas are cleaned daily, and the hallways are vacuumed weekly. We... recently had the halls professionally steam cleaned, which aided significantly in the presentation of the hallways. Additionally, the management team here provides community updates to the Cameron at least once per week, and we are consistently meeting with residents to address any concerns and questions. If you are not getting our community emails, or do not have the correct contact information to properly reach our office, please let us know! Dirty Hallway and Garage
I've been living here for a few months. Everything was good at first, but the hallway has become extremely dirty with all kinds of stains, and the garage is awfully dusty. It seems like the carpet is never vacuumed, and I never see the janitor clean the garage.

Great Place. Great People
Living here about two months. The building and units are well designed, the amenities top notch. The staff including Ashley, Maya, Josh and Steve are all very nice and attentive. Highly recommend.
