Great Place to Call Home

Been here for 3 months and it is great! Candice in the office is amazing, highly recommend working with her. Tone over the resident experiences does a great job setting up a variety of events for residents.

The finishes and amenities are great and provides an option for guest parking (which is hard to find in Denver).

If you’re looking for a new place that is close to the excitement of RiNo and Coors Field but still a more quiet part of town, this is your place.

Amazing EVERYTHING!

When I started my apartment hunting journey almost 3 months ago, I came to The Northern first, on a list of 6 different properties in the area. I was living less than a mile away at another property that just didnt live up to neighborhood expectations.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Tone, to the moment Candice showed me the apartment I was interested in, to the 2.5 months in between and their willingness to answer any questions I had, to move in day on Thursday, to today as I...
sit here in my new apartment...I cannot be happier that I chose this building to make my home.

I have interacted with Tone, Candice and James since starting the hunt and all three of them have been exceptionally helpful and friendly! Most of all Candice, the Assistant Property Manager who goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. Tone is the lifestyle director and throws some of the best parties (saw my first pool party last night) and everyone else that works here are just stellar people and the epitome of gold star customer service!

The building is brand new, not even completely full yet and offers some great amenities, not to mention move in specials!

If you don't believe me, come see for yourself! It's a true community here starting with the team that runs the property to the residents that already live here. If youre looking in LODO or RINO, make sure you come see this beautiful property and more importantly, talk to the wonderful team here!

Really an amazing place so far

The gym is designed by a genius. It’s missing like two things that I would want in a commercial gym which is astonishing for an apartment gym. The staff here are some of the nicest people imaginable. I absolutely love my apartment. The layout is near perfect. Pool is clean. The only downside so far: the hot tub jets are terrible, some of the other community members are quite degenerates, and there is no ping-pong table or sauna like I had at my last place.
