I have been living here for 10 years. Lots of changes. We now have new management. They are great. Kent Place is beautiful again. They are doing everything to make living here wonderful again. You can’t beat the location. A great place to live!

Well done
The new management. team is doing a great job catching up with deferred maintenance left from the previous two management companies. this includes things like washing the windows, power washing the stairwells and garage, pool and hot tub maintenance, painting floors and walls where necessary, landscaping, every day cleaning and a lot more. the place really sparkles. add to that some great community events planned by dedicated event planner. the addition of a night concierger . I have lived... there 5 years. Kent place is a great place to live.

local homeless can easily access residence and vehicles
The property and tenants seem nice, but the staff is understaffed and rude.
We drove 60 miles to view a few more places and were prepared to sign a lease, however, the staff would not take time to spend with us despite us having an appointment.
The staff does not answer phone calls, despite having a concierge.
Also, we saw numerous doors propped open, allowing local homeless to access the tenant's front doors and vehicles.

I love living here. I hope after Covid, Kent Place will be the wonderful apartment building that I moved into 6 years ago.
