Hi everyone!

My roommate Soni and I are looking for a third roommate to join our home in Southeast Denver. The room is available now, and we're excited to welcome the right person!

We've really enjoyed living here over the past few... years and are looking for someone who's looking for more than just a place to sleep, we'd love to find someone who's a great fit for the house.

The available space includes a private, unfurnished bedroom and a private-use bathroom.

Why We Love the House

One of our favorite things about living here is that there's plenty of room to spread out. Whether you're unwinding after work, playing a game of pool or ping pong, grilling on the patio, relaxing around the fire pit, or watching a movie downstairs, there's always a comfortable place to hang out.

About Us

Nate (30): I'm a process and performance consultant who enjoys a laid-back lifestyle. Outside of work you'll usually find me playing video games, watching comedy, listening to music, getting back into working out, trying new coffee, or spending time with friends and family.

Soni (31): I'm a software engineer who enjoys an active lifestyle. Outside of work I'm usually hiking, skiing, camping, working out, or planning my next outdoor adventure. I also work from home one or two days a week and use the shared office on those days.

We're friendly and enjoy hanging out from time to time, but we also respect each other's space. We aren't a party house, but we're also not strangers passing each other in the hallway. Whether it's chatting after work, playing a few games of pool, grilling on the patio, or simply relaxing around the house, we enjoy creating a comfortable home while still giving everyone plenty of privacy.

Who We're Looking For

We're hoping to find someone who is clean, communicative, financially responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a place that truly feels like home. Compatibility is important to us, and we'd love to find someone who enjoys a relaxed, welcoming living environment.
