The complex is in a great location and has decent amenities.
My big complaint would be the maintenance. I have had ongoing issues without any resolution for quite some time. This is concerning, especially how rent keeps going up. I would like to think I'm getting my money's worth and feel valued, which I don't. If that changed I would be extending my lease without any hesitation.

Great so far. Great location from work and kids school. Also near places we frequent and close to my parents. Only issue I have is the rats that have been a problem since moving in. Outside of that, I would recommend to anyone looking for a place.

I have had to have so many things replaced in our apartment and we haven’t even been here a year yet. We were only given 1 day prior to our move in date to see the place before we moved in. They are SO SLOW with maintenance requests. It took them 10 months to get us a cabinet that we were missing since we moved in because it had BLACK MOLD ON IT. We have discovered black mold in our closet as well recently. There are rats EVERYWHERE around the complex and they choose to ignore the problem. The... gym is still closed after almost a year of being here and they have not worked on it since to get it up and running. Getting anything done maintenance wise is almost a lost cause. The price is good and reasonable but it comes with a lot of hidden problems.
