I am enjoying the new apartment. It is very nice to have air conditioning and not just a wall unit. Also, having a washer and dryer in the apartment has been so amazing. Lastly, the space in the living room turned out even bigger than I anticipated.

Don’t rent here.
Spend your money elsewhere. The poorly managed office only cares about making a profit and not about the needs of their residents. It’s makes no difference how nice a staff can be if the things I’m paying for don’t get fixed in a timely manner. Two months with no AC ( and all it needs is coolant) and I get the run around every time I ask for answers. Seek different living arrangements than this for your own sake.

There’s roaches.. we were told that there were no issues and never any within our building and didn’t see any roaches until after move in. They said they will work with us by sending pest control in once a week until it is resolved so hopefully that works out. The complex other then that seems nice and I’m hoping the new management company will work great too.
