I've been here many years now and still happy to be here. Requests are met quickly, maintenance crew are helpful and friendly. Across from Civic Green Park which is perfect!

Not happy about maintenance of public spaces: mail stations, trash stations, exterior lights, and driveways at exit ramps. Also, the property would show better to potential renters if maintenance was better for shared areas.

Kelli and Astaziah were wonderful in assisting me with my same day move-in. Kelli allowed me to tour units on a day where they were technically not giving scheduled tours but because I was in town and moving out of state, she was very eager to accommodate. She provided all of the info I needed to help me make an easy decision and I knew right away that this complex was the right fit for me. When filling out the application, Kelli and Astaziah stayed with me to make sure I had all the help I... needed and answered any questions I had. I was able to get the keys within a couple hours of touring and I could not be happier. My only reason for giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is due to maintenance being very slow. Kelli submitted the requests for my unit as a new move in which I had thought might give it a higher priority. However, after 5 days of maintenance not coming into my unit I sent them a message reminding them of the request and they were in my unit the next day. Read More

I love living here at Legacy Highlands Ranch. The staff and the community is amazing. Hanging out by the pool in the summer time is definitely one of my favorite things to do here. There’s a cool club house with a pool table that’s been fun to have and hangout with friends at.
I would recommend this complex to everyone.
