I love living here at Legacy Highlands Ranch. The staff and the community is amazing. Hanging out by the pool in the summer time is definitely one of my favorite things to do here. There’s a cool club house with a pool table that’s been fun to have and hangout with friends at.
I would recommend this complex to everyone.

So far everything’s been great! Staff is super friendly and maintenance is fast. It’s a quiet area that has easy access to lists of different stores that are in walking distance.

Not many amenities. They took away the hot tub. Maintenance can take a while to get requests processed. Neighbors do keep to themselves, not many issues.

After moving out of a different community with terrible management & a bad 8 month long experience there, it has been such a blessing & breath of fresh air to have the AMAZING management & maintenance teams here. Everyone has been so kind, personable, and helpful. Not to mention the beautiful property, my spacious apartment, & the great shops/ restaurants in walking distance. So happy to live here!
