Everything has been very smooth so far! Very great location and nice apartment! Only thing is, I don’t know why we’re renovating the pool while the summer is still going on. But other than that everything is great!

Great location, I don’t need a car because everything is walking distance. The park across the street for the office always has events going on during the summer. I am also a big fan of the Sunday Farmers Markets up the road.

I really like the community, but only been in the apartment a month and have to had stuff break pretty fast , and have spent alot of time n money to get rid of bugs in the apartment

Great access to civic green, and other fun areas for kids in highlands ranch. Lots of maintenance staff and all staff are friendly. Only been here a week but I’m loving it so far.
