We just moved in and the staff was wonderful. The apartment is just what we were looking for. The community is clean and well taken care of. The move in process was seamless.

Amazing resident experience! We are always grateful for the help and attention we receive when reaching out to the front office staff. The community and location is great and we have been leasing here since 2020 and love it. There could be some upgrades across the board for appliances and the really outdated units but otherwise the experience has been great.

I have lived here for almost a year in October. We are signing a new lease. We love the staff here. Kelli, Oscar, Becca, Estevan, Astaziah and Enith have all made our living here more comfortable. We love the area that we live in. The shopping. Everything is walking distance. My doggies love it here, I love how this community is pet friendly and that this complex sees our fur babies as such, my babies. I just wanted to say thank you and here is to another 15 more months!

I really enjoy living at Legacy at Highlands. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and overall it feels like a safe and comfortable place to live.

So far, living at The Legacy @ Highlands Ranch has been a breeze. I got into a sticky situation during my first lease and although they had to enforce certain procedures, they really worked with me and helped me in more ways than I can count. Incredibly grateful for the front office and management staff!
