The complex is in a great location to anywhere in Denver with I-25 and Lightrail within walking distance. Management is there to answer and offer help along with maintenance handling any service request as fast as possible. Why I did not rate this a 5 star is because of two issues - one of them being worked on now and the other will probably be started in Spring/Summer - Potholes - just like the rest of the city.

Just moved in but since the first time here it's been a great experience. Everyone that I've met so far starting with Linda and Felicia and a couple of the maintenance team have been nothing but friendly and very helpful. I'll come back and leave another after a couple months :)

It would be great if Exterior walls are clean once a year. Been seeing dried blood and disgusting things. Was not happy with what the maintenance did without consulting the renters.
