First of all the office and maintains staff are great. Should there be an issue with your apartment it is done within 24 hours if it is not an emergency, Same for the office staff looking into any issues with your apartment. The location to DTC, Light rail are within easy reach. Why not 5 stars - two items holding back is not enough parking unless you want to pay additionally and with everything else going on another bill is not warranted. Last item is hopefully remedied soon is the paved roads.... Winter is tough and the potholes are getting out of hand. Still a great place just not 5 stars yet but working on it.

Been here for 5 years, have had no issues so far. Apart from kitchen being small, no pantry and old appliances, the apartment n bathrooms are quite spacious.
