You have to pay an additional fee for parking on the worst paved, nail filled roads I've ever driven on. There are no speed limits posted in either entrance of the community and there are roughly 20 blind three/four way intersections within the community with no stop signs.
Moving into my unit there were sections of the wall missing, the AC room was filthy and moldy, the ceilings are cracked through, the bath spouts both fell out, both towel... racks fell off, and I proceeded to need over 20 service requests in the first month of living here, roughly 30 in the 1 year I lived here. Don't get me started on the condition of the patios or sliding doors.
The most negligent part about living here is the amount of smoke detectors with dead batteries beeping through the community. If you want to spend your nights listening to (assumingly empty) apartments fire detectors going off for your entire time paying rent here, definitely sign up.
Moving here for the 14 months I had to stay here has been a major regret not only for me, but for just about anybody I talked to around here. U-Haul should base a fleet in the front office for the amount of people coming and going all at the same time.

Overall I like my apartment, it’s cozy, I have plenty of space, and it feels like home. The gym is nice, pool is fine gets really busy in the summer lots of kids, parking isn’t great if you come home late and don’t pay for your own parking spot you will be parking far away.

I've lived here 3 years and love it. Very dogs friendly, just wish we had a fenced dog park somewhere. The pool is great and hot tub has been working more consistently than previous years. Have to pay to park but always have spots available. Love it here, just moving soon tk a bigger home for my baby.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and overall I enjoy living at Cierra Crest. There are facets of living in this community that I do not care for, like the randos that walk around toward the eastern back field, constant change in management, and maintenance issues due to the age of the property. What I do like about this community is the area in central DTC, lower apt prices in the area, the maintenance team is awesome, this is a quiet neighborhood and the gym is pretty good quality. Overall I have... enjoyed living at Cierra Crest
