I thought the rate seemed reasonable for the build date and location. But then the fees hit. You will pay more in common area utilities than you do for your actual apartment utilities. And you will pay for multiple deposits on top of that. I have received different answers from the same person multiple times. Always increasing the cost for you. Didn't expect to get your deposits back either. They will nickel and done you to death. This was a horrible experience. Stay away!

The public school bus picks up the kids right at the apartment complex.
Very friendly staff. They have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. They are near a Chick fil A and Urgent Care Center that is open 7 days a week. The pool is nice. The Movie Room is nice. The gym is nice. They have a laundry room instead of just a laundry closet. They are near walking trails. They have a nice Clubhouse. They have a building with locked mailboxes. They are good about keeping the area safe to walk in in the winter when there is ice and snow. I felt safe here.

Property management and leasing agent are excellent
Excellent place to live and the leasing agent is extremely helpful. I believe her name is Breanna. The units are very nice as well.

Move somewhere else
Poor communication, high turn over rate, they barely fix anything correctly, hidden fees, receiving the wrong apartment, lack of snow removal, and dirty hallways.

WORST STAFF EVER
They make you pay $433 for your application, then do your screening. They NEVER get back to you unless you call, and if you’re lucky, they’ll pick up. They treat you like garbage once your application gets declined, they’re so ready to take your money but awful to get back to you. I demanded a refund and they say it will take 60 DAYS to process.
