I've loved living here! Taylor and Brandy are always so welcoming. The location is also a huge plus! With it being so close to Southlands Mall it is super convenient. Definitely a great place to live!

Great Apartments
Love this complex and the property manager Brandy is amazing!! If you're looking for a place in the parker/ aurora area that is close to shopping and restaurants and wonderful amenities....look no more!!! Great location and beautiful, well maintained property and apartments!!

Love living here!!!
We've love living at Shadow Ridge at Southlands! The property is well-maintained, and one of our favorite features is the walking trails located right off the property. The management team is fantastic—Brandy is so wonderful, as are the leasing agent's, Taylor, and Bre are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance or other issues we've had have been addressed quickly, usually within the next day. It's been a great place to call home, and we highly... recommend it!

Great customer service
I had a wonderful experience being here. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The management team is people friendly, professional and always welcome your questions, comments, suggestions. The amenities are the best around! The grounds were in great condition. You can’t beat the location with Southlands mall across the way, you have access to everything you need. Major roads and highways are very close as well. I highly recommend!
