Prospective residents should carefully consider whether this level of responsiveness meets their expectations. maintenance and safety concerns that remain unresolved. In late July 2025, a main water line broke in our bathroom ceiling. Maintenance patched the hole and said a third-party vendor would repair the pipe and drywall. Instead, another maintenance employee fixed the pipe but left a large open hole in our bathroom ceiling for three weeks. During that time, dust and debris continuously... blew into the apartment. I had to attempt to seal it myself, but wind created a suction effect that pulled coverings loose. I was exposed to whatever particles were coming through that opening. Afterwards, I started to develop breathing issues that I have never previously experienced, but thought was allergies. In October 2025, when the hot water heat system was activated, we had no heat. After attempting a repair, the system became stuck on with no way to turn it off. A maintenance worker removed the hallway thermostat, drilled new holes in an exterior wall, and ran wiring across the heating fins. When I raised safety concerns about the wiring being placed against surfaces that become very hot, I was told it was not a violation, even though the plastic coating started to melt. In our lease agreement, we signed an addendum specifically stating that residents should not put holes into exterior walls due to possible exposure. However, during the October heating repair, maintenance drilled two large holes into an exterior wall to relocate the thermostat and run wiring. These wall penetrations remain unsealed, and during strong winds debris blow directly into our living space. My breathing issues have worsened since then, and in the past week I have required urgent care and ER visits, with no signs of viral illness. Additionally: Mold that was present near a ceiling light fixture in a main common area when we moved in has continued to grow and has not been addressed. Rubber stair safety protection has been missing for over eight months. A malfunctioning fire alarm panel was reported February 7, February 13th, and has not been fixed. Monthly rent charges do not match the signed lease. An “environmental fee” appears inconsistently, and the total due varies $10–$25 above lease terms. I have been told if I do not pay the incorrect amount, I will be charged late fees and face eviction. I have sent multiple emails, left voicemails (phones are rarely answered), no response.

Hi Vivie,
We take concerns like this seriously and are always here to support our residents. At this time, we’re unable to match this name with a current or past resident in our community, which makes it difficult to verify or investigate the... details shared.
Our team works hard to respond to maintenance requests, address safety concerns, and remain available to residents during office hours. We encourage anyone with an active concern to reach out directly so we can assist and work toward a resolution.
If you are a current or past resident, we would truly welcome the opportunity to connect and look into this further.

Move out charges, poor management and maintenance dose not repair anything.
I planned to move out by the my move out date which I did but apparently I am being charged with rent, utilities, cleaning and damages. I cleaned up vacuumed and wiped down every little thing in the unit. I tried to put maintenance request but nothing was fixed properly and some left said that is was repaired that way. The unit was dirty when I moved in but I went out my way still cleaning it up and the oven had many stains left over food grease. I still had to clean myself. There is no cameras... on property so if anything is stolen, you will be told it is out of there hands. I am being charged for many things that I cleaned up for and I dont see why I got charged rent.. they moved me in so late and the unit was already opened and couldn't lock up due to wrong key.. I had to move in on the 12th of October 2024. My move in date was set to the 9th of October and I still was charged for full months rent. This place sees a walking ATM and they take advantage of you even when you leave the unit and property without damages and leaving it spotless. Do not rent from here if you want you're deposit back and you're credit to stay good. They will charge you for unnecessary utilities ,rent and damages that were there just to keep you're deposit and make you pay more above you're deposit.

Hi Shorty, We appreciate you reaching out and giving us the chance to clarify a few details. According to the lease, rent is owed through the agreed-upon move-out date, and we don’t charge beyond what was outlined in writing. As for your move-in, we... don’t have any documentation of a delayed start, so rent was applied based on the lease terms in place. The cleaning fee was assessed because the unit needed service after move-out. If you'd like to go over any of this further, we're more than happy to help; please feel free to reach out directly.

this place is buying reviews
the pictures are extremely inaccurate. Everything is poor quality or broken. Also filthy- I do not think they get cleaned before being leased and have never seen a cleaning unit. They will try to scam you and most of the apartment and appliances are falling apart. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Hi Haley, We want to address your concerns and clarify that our reviews come from current and former residents, and we have not provided any incentives for these reviews. We offer all prospects the opportunity to tour the community and view a vacant... unit in person before signing a lease, so they can experience the space firsthand. If you're having any maintenance issues or concerns, we'd love the chance to help resolve them. You can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or give us a call at (303) 278-9563, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible. We are committed to providing our residents with the best experience and want to make sure you're satisfied with your home.

DO NOT APPLY
DO NOT APPLY HERE. They will take your money and then never answer the phone. Me and my roommate submitted an application and then didn’t hear anything and I called them multiple times, leaving multiple voicemails for them to not get back with me. And when I finally did they said that there must have been an issue with the phones but they charged us a $400 “holding” fee for an apartment we didn’t even know we had. So if you need to contact management goodluck bc they either won’t answer or lie... to you!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
I cannot wait to move out of this complex!! This is the worst place I have ever lived hands down!!
The management is TERRIBLE here. They do not have any pride for this complex otherwise it would not be as dirty and trashy as it is!! The dumpsters are constantly over flowing, and trash is strewn about the complex.
The hallways are disgusting and run down. Not a single dog owner picks up after their dog. There is dog poop everywhere. No one puts their dogs on leashes either! So be prepared to... get jumped on by strangers dogs!
There is so much theft here that they have to send your packages to the office and even then they might get stolen. The pool is never open due to vandalism. The doors on the outside of the buildings require codes but most of the time they are broken so anyone can walk right in, if the doors worked properly there would be less theft and vandalism.
Please reconsider moving in here. It is not worth the price or the headache!
****All of the 5 star reviews of this place are FAKE!!!! Do not believe them. Come check out the premises yourself and see how bad it is
