The house will be ready for move-in as of September... 1, but I'm open to an earlier date we can discuss. It has three bedrooms, all on the upper level, along with two full bathrooms, and a half bath on the main floor.
The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.
The main level has a living room and a family room separated by the kitchen.
Also on the main level is the walk in laundry room and a half bath.

I am not renting first come first served, but to the most qualified renter who will take care of the house and be a great neighbor.
Prefer a longer term lease, 12+ months.
First & last months rent, and a lease option deposit required.
Dogs welcome with refundable pet deposit and non refundable monthly fee.
