I’ve had a great experience living at Cora so far. When I first moved into my unit, there were a few minor issues, which I documented on my move-in checklist and brought to management’s attention. Customer service has been excellent — most of the items were addressed within the first week, and any remaining appliance replacements are already scheduled and being handled.
The team has been responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The... building feels very safe and secure, and overall the community is well maintained. I’ve only been here a short time, but I can honestly say I’m very happy with my decision to live here and have nothing but positive things to say so far.

Other than the few things I stated on my wish list I couldn’t be happier with my choice after selling my house. I thought transitioning to a more public living situation would be difficult, but it’s been absolutely wonderful. I rarely hear my neighbors and everybody here is nice and helpful. The facilities are incredibly clean and the grounds in general are very well kept I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Apartment floor plan, pool,sauna, gym and lounge are excellent and well maintained. Building is very modern inside and out, and well maintained. Management very helpful and very pleasant. I feel like I checked into an excellent top quality hotel.
