Portside Harbor is a dream haven! A beautiful community surrounded by the tranquility of both land and water nature. PH is managed by a group of highly dedicated and caring professionals. My nearby neighbors are delightfully kind, helpful and very respectful. Furthermore, and as if it can't get any better, a very much needed Harbor Mart with quality products and deliciously prepared meals is just a beautiful walking distance away!

It’s hard to say extra nice things when the owners are adding charges every year. We pay high prices for the view. The customer service is no longer exceptional.

NOT a "luxury experience"
NOT a "luxury experience." There are some amazing people in and around this community including my dog owning neighbors, Clay, maintenance staff and everyone at the Harbor Mart.
There are however several issues that do not render this to be a luxury community experience...so be mindful of the value you are receiving when paying a premium to live/work here. Many of the amenities are not/have not been in working fashion...yet rent increases while value realized decreases.
The hot tub has not... been hot for coming on a year now and this is after the entire pool area was closed for several months for extensive servicing. I and many others have submitted countless work orders to no avail.
Management has no visibility to their chosen front door locking system and the life of the battery within the mechanism. I have been locked out of my apartment overnight without advanced notice. My office and pet were locked inside at the time with no way to get inside of my unit. At which point, after-hours & on-site support was unresponsive, non-existent and unhelpful. I have submitted work orders strictly for the front/only door lock 3 times in less than 2 months.
Retailers living and working in the community have a very hard time securing foot traffic to maintain a healthy/profitable business and cycle out of the community with regularity.
There is a large outdoor bike storage structure right out front of the leasing office for some reason as it is never used due to the robust bike theft of locked bikes in the area.
The EV Charger service stopped without any advanced notice and has been inoperational for months.
