• Currently 3 people live in the main house, and we also have a small cottage on the property with great tenants who share occasional house privileges.
• We have 2 smaller dogs (a cavalier and a cattle dog both neutered & very friendly) and 2 cats, and we’re open to someone with one small, well-trained dog or cat that gets along well with others. Fully fenced yard.
• Room is approximately 12x12. You’ll have full house privileges and a warm, welcoming environment. Gourmet kitchen. On site laundry. Easy in street parking. Game nights. Pool table in the garage and more.

• $1,500/month + 750 deposit (250 additional deposit for pet. – all utilities included
