I’ve been here for a while and I would like the day the people who work on property are absolutely amazing! Resident services are awesome they always have answers for my questions. The package center is a lot more better, I have not lost any packages since they moved locations and it’s a lot better. Especially Anna, she’s doing a very great job managing the package room and always has everything organized! Keep up the good work! I love it here!

Resort-Style Living!
This is a fantastic place to live. The location is ideal—within walking distance to the beach and close to major Westside destinations like Venice, Santa Monica, and LAX. The leasing and management staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance is prompt, and the courtesy patrol adds an extra level of comfort.
The amenities are beautiful and well maintained, and the overall value for the area is excellent. It’s a well-run community with great neighbors and a positive living... environment. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it.

Danny Property Manager
My wife Lissa and I have been residents of Mariners Village for 22 plus years.
We have watched and seen Danny grow into his role since he’s been here from Resident Services to Leasing to this position of Property Manager. His professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding.
Living in a community such as ours with over 2000 people takes a special kind of dedication to the needs of the people that live here as well as the community itself. Danny has all of these qualities.
In... addition there is virtually no one that knows this property or the challenges that Mariners Village has better than Danny

TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH NO COMPLETION DATE SET.
When trying to get a response from resident services how much longer the construction above our apartment will go on for, we were told "construction never has a set end date", I get that, sure, delays happen, but they couldn't even give us the most general ETA. Instead they yelled at us.
Please, please, please don't live here. There are so many better places for the money. I'm only staying because i've been here for several... years, but if your looking to move here now, DON'T!
