Great place
The community is clean, quiet, and the apartments feel modern and well maintained. The grounds are nice and it’s clear the property is taken care of.
The location in Temecula is also great, with plenty of things nearby. Overall it’s been a comfortable place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Finally an apartment in Temecula that EARNS being called LUXURY
Returning to my hometown of Temecula after years in Los Angeles, I had high expectations for what modern apartment living here could look like. Over the past couple of decades, many new communities have been built in the Temecula Valley, but most never quite delivered the level of design, quality, and sophistication you’d expect.
Solana Winchester Hills is different. This community truly raises the standard. The design is modern, thoughtful, and beautifully executed, creating a living... environment that feels both elevated and welcoming. It’s the first place I’ve experienced here that genuinely brings a sense of contemporary sophistication home to Temecula.
As someone who grew up here, it actually makes me feel proud to see a community like this in the valley. Solana Winchester Hills doesn’t just meet expectations...it sets a new benchmark for what residential living in Temecula can be.

Amazing place to live
I’ve had a great experience living at Solana Winchester Hills Apartments. The community is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The landscaping is beautiful, and the amenities like the pool and gym are always in great condition.
The staff and maintenance team are friendly, professional, and respond quickly whenever something is needed. I also really appreciate the safe environment and the convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and... peaceful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community in the area

Beautiful Apartment and staff
I absolutely was impressed with not only the design in modern apartment units but what really got me to pick this as my home has been the staff members at the leasing office, even the Maintenance team. Everyone has been so accommodating and friendly. This makes it a desirable place to live.
