As far as amenities, management, and community, The Charlie Perris does a great job at meeting expectations. For the few times that I've had to contact management, they were always prompt and extremely helpful. The major issues for the location are temperamental internet availability and poor cell phone service. I had to change carriers just to get a little service.

The trash situation is horrible, it smells and always overflowing, people are not courteous about their neighbors, and being charged more because there isn't enough trash bins is so wrong, not the peoples fault the community lacked in having enough trash bins for the community, very upsetting.
