The physical facility is generally nice, though apparently there is a construction problem wherein sound isolation was not installed in the floors. There is a construction defect that causes water to drip constantly on the master bath floor that no one seems to be able to fix. The parking spaces for residents seem *barely* wider than the average vehicle, which is tiresome. There is literally *no* parking space for visitors or guests (WTF!).
My fellow residents in the building seem really... nice!

I just moved into Folia Apartments and these are really great apartments with all the great amenities like Swimming pool, awesome Gym, pool table and grill areas. Leasing staff is highly professional and supportive. Highly recommended!
