For the most part, everything here is quiet, neat and clean. In the beginning, there was a pest control problem in our unit which took a few months to resolve so that was our only issue with living here. Another issue is that tenants seem to have their packages stolen quite a bit (I've lost multiple Amazon packages) since they are revamping their lockers. Otherwise, maintenance responds pretty fast and the amenities are nice.

great tour and secured a lease but leased unit smells bad, maybe due to the garbage disposal or sink. Something could've been done by management prior to my move in

Everything is fine, except there are a lot more bugs and pests in the common areas/hallways/staircases. Some bugs also wander into the apartment. There are also some cracks that have been showing up on the walls.
