STAY AWAY from these apartments!!! If you’re looking to move into their Phase II Apartments DO NOT!!! I’ve had multiple packages come up missing!!! I went to the leasing office to inform them regarding my missing packages. They did nothing, I had to file a police report in order for them to “review” the cameras. I was not the only tenant that was experiencing this. Also, it’s a “gated” community but the gates are always open or broken. I moved out July 2024 and I received an email from a debt... collector stating I owe $365 from Array Vista, yes Array. They never called me, sent an email, or even sent physical mail (snail mail) before they sent my bill to the debt collector. The bill was for typical clean up fees, something I’ve never heard of!!! When I moved out my apartment was clean no major damage just your typical wear and tear. Once I received the bill from the debt collector I called the office to ask them why am I being charged. They were supposed to call me back but never did. I had to physically go up there to ask and they told me we always charge these fees upon moving out. They couldn’t even provide me with documentation stating they tried to reach out regarding the fees. If you’re not aware this will impact you applying for another apartment. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Insane!!!!
First off, our Leasing Consultant, Deric M. was so personable and easy going. Walking into the front offices on the property my family was greeted with such kindness and great energy. Deric showed us all the ins and outs of this luxury apartment complex from the poolside cabanas to the first class trash service. My kids and grandmother were just as blown away as I was. We CANNOT wait to move in! Highly recommend.
