Beatiful apartment with excellnt and friendly on-site managers and leasing agets. However, unlike many other apartments it comes with huge price tags for utilities.
No parking for residents unless you pay over$200 no street parking availabe, visitors have to pay valet rate, this means you can not invite friends or families, the nice club room useless due to parking availabilities.
Basically move here only if you moved temporary to Bay Area and you and you and your visitors use ride share... .
