?????????? As a travel nurse who has moved many times, I can honestly say Passero is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The amenities are unbeatable, the outdoor heated pool has the most beautiful view, and the night scenery is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself is super modern, spotless, and feels so safe. I love everything about living here!

Great community and extremely helpful staff
I rented Passero as one of the first residents and have been enjoying my stay here. Leasing team has been extremely helpful and friendly to help with and accommodated my requests since the beginning. They are one of the best teams I've experienced in the Bay Area.
The building itself is in a very good location and has great amenities. I especially like the floor plan which allows a very spacious apartment and very comfortable for WFH.
Highly recommended.

Seamless & Amazing - Initial Tour to Move-In!
I recently moved into Passero, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
My tour with Zaid was informative, personalized, and thorough. He explained rent, concessions, and parking, pointed out thoughtful details in the apartment, and showcased all the modern amenities like the gym, pool, clubhouse, and game room. Not only was I impressed, Passero checked everything that I wanted/needed - I applied within 24 hours of my tour.
The application process was smooth and easy. Zaid... was always patient, understanding, and available to answer any questions. Move-in was also seamless - Zaid walked me through unloading, parking, and getting settled in the community.
Now that I’ve been living here, I love it. The community is clean, modern, and spacious, and my apartment is tech-forward and comfortable. Jeff also helped me quickly resolve an issue with my STRATIS app, which provides building and amenity access.
I highly recommend touring Passero - It’s a unique community with stellar staff, like Zaid, who truly cares about your living experience.

Beautiful !
You are making the right decision! We did a virtual tour, moved in on faith, and it has turned out to be the best-managed building we’ve lived in so far.
We were living in Chicago and had to relocate in under a month. Jacob was so accommodating! We were looking for a 2B/2B unit, and he gave us virtual tours of all the available floor plans. He was incredibly patient and really helped us find the right home. The cherry on top was that I was leaning more toward the interior design of Building A,... and he actually went in to show us exactly how our unit looked that’s truly going above and beyond.
Our lease was originally set to begin on October 1, but we needed to move in earlier than expected. At the time, the mirrors weren’t installed yet, and the team actually sped up the process getting them in two weeks ahead of schedule and even created a whole new lease to accommodate us.
Zaid was also wonderful in showing us around and giving us such a warm welcome. The entire team is incredible. Even the maintenance technician, Francisco, was professional and thorough.
On top of that, the area is safe and quiet. The common spaces are always clean, smell great, and there are so many inviting areas to lounge. It honestly feels like living in a hotel. The amenities are amazing the package rooms are secured with tech, the elevators are secure, the storage rooms are huge, and the entire apartment/building can be controlled with your phone. It’s incredible.
Also, there’s a restaurant and park on the same street. I’m happy
