Beware
The manager does not fix anything. When you move into these apartments nothing works. Some outlets will work and the stove does not work to well. The carpet is dirty. The painting is horrible. These apartments are falling apart. Talking to other neighbors and they also say not to depend on the manager to fix anything. He will take a long time to fix or do a half a** job. The manager pays another tenant that is on drugs to do some handy man work and will take a long time to fix or repair any... thing.
