I started living here as of June 24, and Ray, one of the managers of the apartments here has been just amazing and very helpful. So far everything has been up to par, of course I haven’t been living here for very long, but I’ve lived in other apartment complexes before and it’s been nothing like this in a good way of course. Ray has been super attentive with answering emails quickly and helpful with any questions that me and my roommate have had so far. I’m looking forward to having a great... lease here at Sandalwood Gardens thanks to Ray!!!

Apartment complex
Just moved in & it has been such a blessed. The mangers have been super helpful & it was so easy to move in. The apartment in general was recently renovated & wow the way it is so moderns & fit to my liking I can stress any more about how lovely it is. I truly recommend this place for any new beginner tenant. I’m a beginner myself & it has been a blast!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
Ray!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality not only did you find the perfect unit you answered all my questions and treated me like a friend! You really went the extra mile being so flexible to my needs heard me out on everything and responded with such kindness! I have been so stressed on finding a place to call home and you made it happen, I have been looking for quite a while and nothing was quite right out of everywhere I went by far the most professional knowledgeable and realistic!! I... did not think I was going to be so blessed to find a property that day I'm excited to move!!! I was looking at other reviews and saw some other responses but upon finding out that Sandalwood is under new management it makes sense I see your hard work!!!!

Lazy and awful
If your in a pinch then this can work if they do the free 1st month's rent. If you have choices choose better. I have only lived here for two months and in that time span they have taken and sold half of the uncovered parking with out telling everyone or making it know to everyone. Getting maintenance to service anything is like pulling teeth, they told me "he will just come sometime throughout the week" I have a dog so that does not work. Cockroaches have been here sensed we moved in. The main... lady is rude, four whole mailboxes containing multiple units were left open over the weekend and I have mail missing. This is not worth the rent. I hear gun shots at night.
