You vacated a month early which meant that you owed your move out prorate for the final month of $1,026. You did not pay that upon move out. We expressed that by not making the payment, it could affect the final accounting. Your security... deposit was not enough to cover the unpaid rent and the $371 in move out charges. Had you paid the rent, you would have received over ½ of your security deposit back. You mailed your final payment and it crossed paths with the collection agency as they began to reach out to you. The moment we received payment, we let them know and they confirmed that they would close the account immediately. We did communicate that with you.
