I just moved in not that long ago and I regret! Just the other day I came home for a lunch break and as I was leaving I got in my car and was sending out a text message before driving off and I had a tall oversized man (homeless) trying to jump in my car. I was so shaken up and ever since have felt so unsafe in this area. theres always a group of gang members hanging outside like they own the street. they know when someone moves in and moves out. they know what car your driving and who lives... with you. I live on my own and my mom worries for me everyday to the point where she felt the need to buy me a taser and paper spray. I do my best to be aware of my surroundings but when someones out there watching 24/7 theres only so much you can do. Someone was shot and died right out side my balcony. There was a teen murdered at the middle school down the street. The whole neighborhood has drug dealers and its so sad because theres so many kids in this area. you have the library down the street and nice parks but these apartments seem to be the meet up spot for hoodlums. my next door neighbors were also up to no good they had people in and out of their place at all hours of the day till they finally got evicted and when I asked the office they said they weren't even the persons who signed the lease and they had no idea they were leaving there. poor job from the office ladies especially one named Marisol that calls herself the "manager". parking is horrible theres cars parked that never move. they look like they are being used as storage. very dirty and unsafe neighborhood. I wouldn't give any starts if I could. THE WORSE apartments I've came across. I was lied to you ever since I was approved for a spot. They lied about the space I was getting I was told I will be getting a one bedroom apartment and ended up in a studio paying the same amount of rent. When I moved in and paid the first months rent towards the second month in rent had already gone up. I'm paying what someone with a one bedroom would be paying. The girls in the office have the worst customer... service. All they do is chitchat and NEVER answer that office phone. Yes it's low income but not worth what you're paying. Not a safe area there's robberys and shootings all the time. Homeless always hanging out and people driving super fast down a resident Street. I already got my car hit twice. This apartment is great the management the location the schools are good and just minutes from a shopping center I highly recommend this apartment made such a good life here with my family
