Really solid community, limited parking is the main issue. But that is not really that bad since we can park in the back streets but they are just a bit sketchy seeming.

La Terraza is a great place to live. Great management and staff. Very communicative with necessary updates about the property. Respond quickly to maintenance issues. Beautiful well kept courtyards, lots of trees, bushes and flowers. Quiet neighbors. Pet friendly. Been here two years and I'd recommend it for sure.

I have been living in La Terezza for almost 5 years. I love the community and the close proximity to everything. From the Office management to the maintenance team all are very professional and I have had nothing but experience with their great customer service. Thank you!
