This is an amazing quiet place with convenient access to Saratoga Square Market across the street. The main street is super busy, but once you are inside the complex, it feel like a bubble of serenity. I love the location and the amenities. And the office staff is superb!

Enjoy living here so far. Everything has been great. We had some issues with it apartment upon move in, but the maintenance staff was very prompt about getting them fixed. They just should have been fixed before we moved in, but they are fixed now.
We were also told that there is plenty of guest/extra parking if you have a second car, which is true…but it’s always full which can make parking tricky at times.

I’ve really enjoyed living at La Terraza overall. The community is pleasant, the apartments are comfortable, and the property is well maintained. The standout feature for me is the maintenance team — they are absolutely fantastic. Requests are handled quickly, and the crew is always professional, friendly, and effective. It truly makes living here stress-free.
While my experience has been very positive, I do hope to see continued improvements in a couple of areas. Expanding the gym and adding... more equipment would be a great enhancement to the amenities. Additionally, with some recent car break-ins in the area, increased security measures would help provide extra peace of mind.
Overall, La Terraza is a great place to live, and with a few enhancements, it would be even better.
