I love living and the apartment is nice cozy and I love the community and that amenities and the staff are very professional and very nice persons they are I love the doggy part I just love living here

Affordable and well taken care of. At first glanced, loved the complex and had no issues with anything. As time set in I noticed the flaws and they out weighed the good unfortunately. The pool is lovely and the hot tub is always hot. Good luck getting in there though, after the office closes a bunch of people party in the pool till about 11. I used to see security all the time when I first moved in but haven’t seen anyone for at-least a year now. Avana San Jose has a lot of great features as is... and could be a great place to live with some renovations and security

We’re sorry to hear about... your recent concerns regarding after-hours use of the amenities and security presence. While we do still have security onsite, it sounds like we may need to adjust visibility and focus, and we will be sharing this feedback with our security partner.
If you ever notice unauthorized use of the amenities or anything concerning in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office or our after-hours line in real time — we’re not always aware something is happening unless it’s reported, and we want to be able to address it promptly.
